ENGLISH SENIOR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR MEN AND WOMEN

9.00am, 20 March 2010

Venue:

Kendal Judo Club, The Dojo, Parkside Business Park, Parkside Road, Kendal, Cumbria LA9 7EN

Eligibility:

Competitors must hold current SENIOR membership of the BJA, Judo Scotland, WJA, NIJF, BJC, or AJA. This must be produced at the weigh-in/registration. Players from abroad must show membership of an organisation recognised by the IJF or EJU

Age Bands:

Competing Saturday 20th March

Male Weights
U55k-U60k-U66k-U73k
Female Weights
U63k-U70k-U78k-Over78k

 

Competing Sunday 21st March 2010

Male Weights
U81k-U90k-U100k-Over100k
Female Weights
U44k-U48k-U52k-U57k

Entry Fee:

£20 / €25 per competitor

Other Information

Booking In / Weighing In will be between 06.30am and 8.00am on both days.
Duration of Contests will be Five(5) minutes for Men & Women
The first player called for a contest MUST wear a blue suit. The second player will wear a white suit.
The method of elimination will be compound knockout. Weight groups with less than eight entries will be fought in pools to knockout.
Please note Random Drug Testing may be carried out by UKSport
This tournament qualifies for promotion points scoring purposes.

Peter Holme, 19, Sparrowmire Lane, Kendal, Cumbria, England, LA9 5PX Entries will only be accepted if accompanied by a cheque or money order (made payable to "BJA North West Area".) for the correct amount. There are no facilities to accept entry fees by credit cards, debit cards, or electronic transfer. If you wish confirmation of acceptance of entry please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
